This mug, with a mermaid motif, is a long time favorite with my customers.  I make them in many sizes and shapes and mermaid images. This mermaid is intentionally drawn in a simplistic style to stay true to the image it copies. This mermaid image came from a 19th century sailor's knife handle.  Most of the images I use are taken from historical scrimshawed pieces, or old coastal maps. 

This mug is coffee size @ 12 oz.  I had two in this style, with a blue interior, but now only the straight sided mug is available.   See photos.

These mugs are high fired stoneware, which is very durable.   Dishwasher and obviously food safe.  Thank you for stopping to look.
